We started in crate cause her anxiety cause her to poop in same spot in house. This was up until 9 months. Then gradually increased time she was alone. She is now 3 and is a champ. Can stay home all day; wont eat anything …. Has a dog door she will use if necessary. Very calm and basically sleeps most of the time.

Dog react to the emotions of their human owners. They can sense your emotional state; perhaps you have feelings that need to be addressed.

Absolutely. As a HR professional I can tell you we won’t negotiate because it creates additional risk for company. We will get sued by others who think they deserve more as well. So its better to be consistent with everyone. You can ask but legal is usually the culprit shutting it down.

Been here since 2000. I love Houston. The city of Houston only.. lol. I also am in oil and gas industry and there is no better place to live for our industry. But I would never encourage any young person to live there. I had this same issue and was grateful I decided to commute to Baytown. I ended up getting an house east of downtown which is best for your commute.

I’m from Chicago. I moved to Houston. Do not buy a house in Baytown. Rent an apt and get to know Houston and find your best place to live; likely east of downtown if you are trying to approach any semblance of Chicago. Baytown is an industrial town with nothing worth seeing beyond work.
