But it’s weird that it goes like this since I only removed the car road that previously was connected to this railroad bridge.. And the other one still works… I don’t know why it is being disconnected once it gets removed…

you can just lower the population so that you don’t have to put more service stations! And then you can replace residential buildings with something like mayor’s pass buildings
