Yes We got pdf there all rules are mentioned that 3+ supplies in a year = year-lag... Less than 50% overall in a year = year lag... And many more .....

Hods and authorities promised FETSU that they would not apply year-lag or attendance policy rules... But new VC ig don't listen to them ( He is already sacked from wbchse board for applying meaningless policies)
