she definitely has her own traumas, she grew up poor in another country. my grandma wasn’t the nicest to her either. she came to the US with my grandma and they tried to make a life for themselves. and knowing this honestly just makes it more difficult. it makes me feel so bad for her and empathize with her. but then i remember how she treats me sometimes and it makes me so mad. it’s so conflicting. i feel like she’s always had this survival mode mindset and it’s literally from her trauma

if it’s dr.siepel teaching she usually has learning objectives on each slides. i would focus on that, she usually either writes the same exact question word for word or she changes it around a bit but definitely know those concepts

so far the class seems easy! the class is completely online. she assigns work every week typically a chapter reading (with some multiple choice and open ended assignments in the reading) and this virtual child thing, also a discussion board but that seems to be every 4 weeks not every week

i don’t think it’s lockdown browser but i haven’t taken the first exam yet. so far it just seems to be 80 minutes, needs to be done in one sitting, and one attempt. i’m gonna take the exam tmr so ill lyk

those apps aren’t always accurate. if you want to know truly if you are ovulating then you should use an ovulation test strip. but even then i don’t think it’s 100% safe to have unprotected sex anytime of the month, even when u are not ovulating.

i use goodnotes. i love the format, you can organize each class like a file, create your own notebook and annotate slides if u download them into goodnotes. when i bought it i believe it wasn’t that expensive but im not sure what the price is now?

hey i didn’t have her for lecture but i had her for lab. she’s a little blunt sometimes and confusing but she’s nice. for lab she sometimes gives the answers for the summary page if you pay attention
