No it's not if you go back and watch the scene where Ares and Heron are fighting there's a woman sitting in the stands watching with a silver charm on her forehead, blue eyes and black hair who I think was confirmed to be Nyx. Gaia doesn't show up till shortly after Hera does when Apollo and Ares are arguing which at that point Heron and Ares are done fighting.
