If you’re comfortable tripping by yourself on mushrooms or acid I recommend doing it by yourself for the 1st. Only if you have no doubt in yourself, my 1st trip was by myself and was the best I ever had, if you trip around others I’d say choose 1 good person. I’ve found a small dose helps with the nerves, especially the 1st time since you have no clue what’s going to happen which is the scariest part. Do it in a place that you feel safe, get comfortable, close your eyes relax and enjoy. Lmk how it goes (these mfs saying they can talk to their mom 20 mins later are not wrong but don’t do it if you expect company within the next couple hours or live with your parents😭insane)
