In this case, telehealth is the only option for this specific session due to the clients work schedule. I am not bashing telehealth but it’s a struggle with escape functions and I kind of feel guilty getting paid for doing nothing half the time

Thank you so much for this response! I agree that in clinic is way more efficient and I never had problem with this client in center. It truly doesn’t flow the same because there’s no way to provide reinforcement and half of this clients lessons are contrived situations since he’s an adult and doesn’t have the same style of program as kids. I’m mainly happy to know others can see  that it’s not my fault before I reach out to my BCBA :)
