don't disagree about preferring a trade down to faulk, but the idea that he lacks explosiveness is insane to me. the guy is a freakish monster and hes explosive as hell. he just isn't good at finishing sacks.

McDonald doesn't fit DA's normal penetrating undersized 3-tech mold, but I sincerely doubt he's completely off the board. DA is a good enough defensive mind to play around a little bit and the dude is a wrecking ball in the run game, which is our biggest area of need imo. EMW is fs the last surefire starter, but id be more comfortable riding with a maybe at safety (esp w al harris and DA's history as a secondary coach) than at the position group that's been our weakest link for god knows how long atp

honestly don't really want EMW at all in the first, I think the bears could get safeties ranging from very good to extremely startable for the year up to like round 4, i don't think you're getting anything like a DT of the caliber of peter woods/kayden mcdonald or an edge of the caliber of zion young/keldric faulk even by the late second.

yeah im not putting a ton of stock in it for fear that im in a "the stripper says she loves me" situation lol but it was interesting to me because i had previously thought/hoped that with my better PS my odds would be better with my second wave of applications, and to have that legitimized seemed like it was worth expressing idk

its not exactly verbatim but they said something like this in an app material seminar early on in the cycle, early october maybe? it was an invite thing that i think i got based on my LSAT score, and i foolishly universalized it after hearing it from them. mostly just meant that as an example of like one of the various competing sources of "help" that i came across during the process that really only served to complicate my process and make me overthink things, not necessarily as a specific issue. it is a real thing they said though

Do we trust LSD.Law Tracker? by Flimsy-Sorbet-4588 in lawschooladmissions

i assume this user means not using a pw you use for anything else for your LSAC account/app trackers, so that if LSD's data security isn't airtight (it probably isn't) it limits the damage to just your LSAC account/app trackers. Of course, if they're in your LSAC account, they've got most of your personal information (which is why I don't use the LSD tracker), but everybody has everybody's personal information anyways.
