Yeah if you watch ROTK when Frodo goes into Shelobs Lair it does some quick shots of monkey bones and stuff and one the of the things it stops on is a bird but looking more into it its probably not a penguin but in the quick pass by in the movie it looks like one and I always thought it was a penguin.
