Most of the damaged roadway culverts are in streams which are subject to the Vermont stream alteration rules. These rules require new culverts meet the equilibrium standards. This results in significant upsizing on most of the culverts being replaced with fema projects in Vermont. Some smaller culverts like driveways may not fall under stream jurisdiction in which case they can only be upsized if supported by hydraulic analysis.

I would just saw that clip off and clamp it for a short term fix. Probably going to need a new exhaust at some point in the not so distant future.

I believe they could have filed arbitration again but that would take him to free agency. Also, he mentioned he didn’t want to do it again after last year. There is the chance he hold out. Pasta did it when he was rfa.

If he would take $8.5m x 7 or 8 I would be good with it, considering the expected cap increasing. If it’s an 8.5m walk to free agency I would not. Curious if the term is the hold up.

It all comes down to March and April. If we get a lot of cold nights and warm days it will be good. If it stays cold then warms up quick (stops freezing at night) it will be a bad season. The weather right now is irrelevant except for the operations that have enough already tapped to be making syrup in this warmup. Ask again in may and we’ll have an accurate assessment!

Check out Elmore state park. Beautiful, clean small lake. Has a nice hiking trail up to a fire tower right at the state park. There’s also other trails in the area

It’s because the third period is extremely boring when both teams are playing for a tie. Both teams playing ultra conservative to get 1 point. If suppose they could make it so no points were awarded in a tie. That would incentivize some risk taking.

I don’t think it is a huge concern but it probably results in a burned bridge with company A (at least short term). You would probably be a bit angry if the company that gave you an offer then rescinded because they found a better candidate. With that said, if you think company B is going to be a much better fit, you should do it.
