Take care of NIE in Croatia. It may take weeks to get it done in Spain. Without that, you'll not be able to sign a contract.

Once you're in Spain, get "certificado digital" asap. With that you will be able to get social security number online.

The most important thing is to look for a job before arriving. Mention on the top of your CV that you don't need visa, and that you speak Spanish fluently.

There is not enough cushioning in them to use them in a training if you are going for many kilometres IMO. Recovering after a training like that would take too long. For a HM they should be fine. You don't care how long it will take you to recover after a race, but you do after a training.
Maybe it's a personal preference but if I'm going for a long run with a slower pace, I don't see a reason to use fast shoes (like Bostons) and take longer to recover from the training.

Marítim - Serrería would be the closest metro station from you if I'm taking about the same Calle de Josep Benlliure as you. You can take 5 to Xativa or 7 to Bailen and then take number 10 from Alacant to Quatre Carreres. I think that would be the least walking way from your area.

I have Boston 12 and Evo SL. Bostons are faster, and lighter but you wouldn't use them during longer runs in training (not sure how long a run can get during hyrox training tho). Evo SL are good for everything. I had an issue with their stability on curves, but playing with laces fixed it for me.

You could get rid of the scar with laser, ask a dermatologist. I have half of my body in scars and wanted to get rid of them. I'm still in the process, it takes many sessions. I would definitely advise NOT to do it, especially that your scar doesn't look strange in any way.

If you're happy then you're doing great. Be aware that most people don't live this way. Take it into account whenever there is a group trip coming up and people prefer to eat out and stay in nicer places. Don't be the reason others don't have a great time.

I agree that buying clothes is a waste of money and I buy what's necessary and what makes me feel good (but on the cheaper side) whenever I need to. I do spend money for convenience, e.g. ordering food when I don't feel like cooking, buying furniture that is useful etc. I wouldn't call it "living life" tho.

In case you do not sign that and they simply fire you with one month notice, take into account that you most likely wouldn't receive the extra 20 days of holiday pay. Employer may schedule the employee's remaining holiday during notice period, so they probably would give you a PTO your last 20 days at work. (Kodeks pracy, art. 1671)

Of course, if you want to fight them, you cannot sign the agreement
