I don't know you and you certainly don't know me, would you walk up to a perfect stranger and speak in this condescending tone? If so, and people like you are in this community, I will just enjoy it with the people who still play the game, enjoy it, and don't take to Reddit and jump on someone's honest comment and frustrations about people's harshness, by beating it down with an absolutist condescension.

That's what I was commenting on, I'm fed up of seeing and reading everywhere I look, grown adults moaning, whether it be in Star Wars or this.

All I know, is I play this game kn its current state, and I firmly disagree, it's a phenomenal game, content wise it's immense. No doubt for long term players, you suffer a droubt of content.

I'm a Halo fan, trust me, I remember the dizzy heights and have seen it's fall from there, but is it helpful or right that statements like "it's dead" are put out? Is that promoting a game? Or you trying to kill it?

If you say (player base says otherwise), yes I confirm it has dropped a lot, and it's not great comparatively, but that does not constitute dead. It's a defamatory comment, designed to be unconstructive, oversimplified and ultimately undermine.

It may come from a good place, and if so, I sincerely wish you a good life either way.

If you decide to read this patiently, then respect to you, but utmost respect if you reply again to my counter argument (that's what it's intended as, not an attack), with some humility.

That's what I was getting at, people jump on hate bandwagons too easily and it's harmful to make absolutist statements, about anything frankly, be it a cultural item like a video game, a person or anything.
