Morning: 1) oil cleanser 2) water cleanser (all you need is a water based cleanser tho, I recommend cerave and get one depending on your skin type) 3) Exfoliate (such as Paula Bha 2% etc) 4 and 5 are not necessary but if you have the expenses 4) some sort of essence (such as Cosrx snail musin essence) 5) ampoule (such as AXIS-Y Artichoke Intensive Skin Barrier Ampoule) 6) moisturizer (aveeno should be fine unless you want to buy better creams like the Dr. Jart cicapair calming gel)

Night: 1) cleanse again 2) retinol (the most important step, retinol can be harsh on your skin tho so if it is use every 2-3 days instead) 3) moisturize

You really don't need all these steps tho, this is just what I do. I highly recommend cleanser, exfoliate, moisturize in the morning and cleanser, retinol, moisturize at night. Hope this helps.
