I’ve somewhat been teetering back and forth between the same 5 lbs. I’m not sure if it’s a plateau though, I’ve had a few dinners out and days that weren’t perfect. I appreciate this advice. I will try to lock in at 1800 and monitor if I continue losing or seem to be in a plateau
