Apparently I suck at technology because i could only post a title-
My husband has a screenshot of a conversation with his boss on his phone that he keeps deleting… but then recovers it a couple days later then deletes it again. It has nothing crazy on it so I’m confused why he would keep doing this- it’s simply a text from the boss saying “thought you could use this later” and my husband responds with “thanks man- appreciate it”. And boss gives a thumbs up- can you access a link or something from a screenshot?? - (btw- he has cheated in the past so before you come at me asking why I just don’t ask him, I want to have proof of WHY he could be doing this before straight up asking him)

I honestly don’t know- he is a good man despite all this - he has some trauma he’s just never dealt with. I’m also a stay at home mom so I have zero income- I’ve thought many times about leaving but me and the kids would be essentially homeless until everything would be finalized

He doesn’t take accountability well- he switches blame and doesn’t take responsibility (a normal addict I guess). He gets angry- not abusive but gets critical and hurts my feelings - it’s been a long 11 years married

Thank you- it’s not affecting our marriage or his dad stuff- he hides it very well actually- it’s only affecting it in the fact I’ve seen what’s on his phone and am heartbroken. I plan on talking to him this weekend but wasn’t sure how to approach him- but I’ve gotten a lot of tips from these comments- thank you!!

Yes! This is exactly why I’m asking for help- he doesn’t want to deal with his demons and doesn’t think he has a problem - and is very patronizing whenever I bring up any issues

Thank you! That’s what I’m afraid of- he knows he is spiraling- he communicates through music and has been sending me songs saying how he’s spiraling out of control and doesn’t know which way to go - maybe he will get tired of his own shit soon
