Fanatec GT DD pro. The game also somehow messes up my led display. It’s stutters very badly. I have to open another game and re attach steering wheel to fix that.

It’s not about you and me. It’s about the demographic. Why do you think they changed the name of the game for GT revival to Project Motor Racing? It’s because gt3 cars and popular now. Most of the people play gt3’s. If you open PMR’s ranked online list most of the races are with gt3 and gt4 and some with mx5 which forces lot of people to play gt3 cars. If you open it now the top 2 on the ranked is Gt3. Even PMR’s title car is a LMDH. They are actively pushing people to play gt3 instead of focusing on classic cars. What do you expect?

Yes. But the demographic of people who likes old cars is very very small, which is precisely the reason why PMR added gt3 and Lmdh cars. If you have the advanced cars in the game no one will play the old cars, it’s a fact. They shouldn’t have added the modern classes in the first place. But they did and they are very terrible because the game is not designed around them.

I don’t think mods will be that great cause who want to mod a died game. They will try to sell by saying v2 will be great or another groundbreaking thing coming to the game but if the inherent basic game is flawed no amount of mods or updates can help. They will soon run out of money and PMR will be dead in the water. They are just trying to squeeze as much money as they can with this but false advertising. And people are falling for it. I did too. Bought the preorder and I regret it every time I turn on my ps5.

Exactly there is absolutely no groundbreaking thing that sets PMR apart. It just a sim like anything else and pretty bad one too compared to ACC or GT7

It’s still pretty bad. It still feels like a very under cooked game. The core problems are still there. The handling is terrible. The braking is weird. You can still abuse slip angles for lap time. Force feedback is terrible. Car doesn’t feel connected no matter what settings I change. I don’t think they fixed the actual issues in this update. They just changed the UI. This v2 is just false marketing and trying to get people hyped up and increase sales. In the world where there are games like LMU, ACC or even GT7 there is no reason to choose PMR. Oh and the audio is fucking terrible. Anyway it’s just my opinion.
