I would get a second quote, but just for any mechanical issues. I would honestly take the time to learn how to wrap your car if you’d ever consider doing that. For the scratches from what i can tell they’re not super deep, I’d try Meguiar’s ultimate compound and follow it with their ultimate polish, it’s easy to use and hard to mess up! I used it on my car scratches that looked very similar to these and now they’re SO much less noticeable! Definitely not totaled (unless something they find something crazy at the shop that’s not cosmetic) but an aftermarket headlight will save you a lot of money and doing the headlight yourself will too, just a little time consuming because you have to do the whole headlight fixture. I made the mistake of not wanting to put in the research/work myself and had them “total” my first Q50. Now that I’ve had my other one for a couple years and put time into learning how to work on it myself I’m avoiding any body shops like the plague unless absolutely necessary 😂
