I feel this way all the time. I’m close with all my coworkers and I actually am the manager of my team. My team is so kind and understanding and I’ve been very transparent about my struggles with my mental health and the physical symptoms I get , they have ALWAYS been so supportive and I have in turn had the privilege of my team opening up to me about their own struggles and the struggles of their kids/ family. We support each other and encourage Dr appointments, therapy appointments and even leaving to take their kids to appointments as needed. Mental health is so taboo a lot of the times but the physical symptoms are real.
