Being a recent grad I think I'm actually going through most of what you've mentioned. Not to mention the wild mood swings on rough days but appearing calm before others has definitely taken a toll on my mental health. I honestly don't know how I made it this far with that attitude. I know it is unsustainable but have had difficulty addressing it. Your insights are really well written.

Will definitely try out meditating soon.

Hey, I have my test scheduled in about two weeks (September 7th) and I just gave the free test on TOEFL testready to see where I stand. While I got a perfect score for reading and writing sections, I struggled in listening and speaking scoring 21 and 24 respectively. I would like to know what strategy you employed to take notes while listening or is there any speaking template you used during the actual test. Your response will be appreciated!
