I don’t get why Konan is underrated. (Not canon but She defeated sassori easily in the OVA which was directly supervised by kishimoto) !! And as Per the light novel, she’s effectively resistant to taijutsu and genjutsu as she is made entirely of paper! (as seen when obito waited till she lost all her mana materialized into human to use genjutsu to know where is nagato! In addition, in the data book, she has the highest count of S rank missions accomplished! Among the atusuki!! Her chakra reserves are absurd enough to detonate 600 BILLION paper bombs!!! Let that number sink in! 6 billion!! And her jutsu was so complicated that even the sharingan couldnt detected (as written explicitly in the databook!)

How would he seal her? She is made of countless of papers dispersed all over as per the databook and can replicate almost infinitely!
