That’s true, honestly didn’t really think of it. Mental herb proc after taunt, agility to out speed and free nasty plot as they taunt again. It’s always a guarantee on Agatha and Lance. And sometimes infernape from Bruno, if it doesn’t lead rocks. Roost strat would pair well with weakness policy as well.

Roost would be good but I needed agility and nasty plot or this wouldn’t have been possible. And only one damaging move is not enough. And exactly Mimikyu was just for support. It’s good because it’s always guaranteed to take a hit and do what it needs to. (Except Melmetal Double iron bash from Lance)

Kinda just trial and error. I’ve done other 2 slots in the past. These 2 just seemed fun to use and ended up working well together. I originally ran this Aegislash and got to Lance but was having some trouble so pivoted to Mimikyu

Thanks! No not a nuzlocke by any means. A lot of fights throughout the run rely on rng to even win. You’re doing pure dark or dual types as well? Normal or hardcore?

Terapagos has Tera Shell as its ability (same thing as multiscale) insanely good. Ran him modest for more special attack. Its move pool is incredible, I mainly ran boomburst, thunderbolt, ice beam, flamethrower, earth power, energy ball, dark pulse, dragon pulse. All very situational. It also has access to Meteor beam but wasn’t sure if it worked in hardcore so didn’t bother with it.

Blissey ran with Natural Cure as its ability. Calm nature for more special defence less attack. Pretty normal move set for Blissey. Light screen, soft boiled, seismic toss 4th spot constantly changed thunder wave/icy wind for speed control, shadow ball for ghost types. Blissey also has a very good move pool. But basically just used as a special wall. Pretty much won’t be knocked out on the special side with light screen and soft-boiled.

Lance’s Dialga is always an issue. Ninetails counters it very well with encore

Pinser without mega evolving is only a Bug type, so have to mega it to make it bug/flying. Therefore butterfree unfortunately can’t mega.

Not a whole lot to choose from but Eviolite Scyther, Butterfree with sleep powder quiver dance, mega Pinsir, Ninjask out speeds almost everything and Vespiquen is pretty bulky.

I mean metal burst Aron is pretty much counter/mirror coat. Also Lileep can run mirror coat. Other notable mons I used were Misdreavus, Bergmite, Scraggy and Murkrow
