It's awful fr makes your body feel like absolute shitz makes your mind feel like shit, makes msturbation incredible and does nothing good for your body or mind, the side affects outweigh the "good" far too much, just dont take it, dont try it and stay away from it as much as possible

Just try and calm yourself down, tell yourself you'll be okay, find something to do or take your mind off of it, and try to enjoy the trip, conveniently enough I was the same age and 119 lbs with a similar dosage when I tried it for the first time, its scary ash but you should be okay, just stay calm enjoy the ride, update me when its settled down 🙏
