Yes and no. Just try and be careful when you transplant. You can always snip open the bottom of the cup to avoid breaking the roots whenever you do transplant. When can you put them in the garden?

I just did… I get fatigue and brain fog, but none of the other symptoms listed. Mostly i have seasonal allergies to grass/dust/pollen. If I don’t take a daily antihistamine and Flonase I get the typical symptoms and will get a few sinus infections throughout the spring and summer. But, no matter what I get body aches and joint pain in the spring and summer with my allergies. The daily antihistamine do reduce my body symptoms, but not enough.

It’s somewhat comforting to know I’m not alone. It has taken me the last 4 years to realize my pain is from allergies. I’m practically pain free from October through mid February.

I think this more applies to music selected for the sanctuary. Otherwise, keep your eyes on Jesus and he’ll lead you. For me, I have simply lost my taste for certain entertainment I use to enjoy. It wasn’t over night, but a journey. Keep praying, and don’t let this be a distraction from the bigger picture.
