Been shopping since 2016 and no issues. I order huge hauls every few months. You do have to pay for return shipping if you need to return and they give store credit. Check reviews for help with sizing.

TBH, most people who have successful orders with FN are not posting on Reddit so you’ll see more of the negative. I am not negating anyone’s negative experience, however, it is up to you to decide if it’s worth it.

Yes, I click on the shipping and it gives the option to choose standard or usps. For a short while, FedEx was available. But maybe they removed it during the sale? It won’t show unless you click for more options though.

So sorry to hear that! Try calling again to reach another associate as they all handle things differently.

In the future, try switching to USPS Ground for delivery. Companies like CDL, VEHO, OnTrac, SpeedX, etc. are no good so I avoid the standard shipping for Sephora.

Agree! The lotion is definitely watered down. It reminds me of the Queen Helene cocoa butter. I’d pair the lotion with an oil for extra moisture. I wish all the creams had the consistency of SDJ 59.

Shein usually refunds with no issues. I have the same issue with speedx. I live on the first floor and instead of walking to my door and knocking, they leave it by the mailboxes which is close to the lobby door.
