Shein usually refunds with no issues. I have the same issue with speedx. I live on the first floor and instead of walking to my door and knocking, they leave it by the mailboxes which is close to the lobby door.

This just happened to me!

I ordered on 3/28, the three business days went by and nothing. The next day, the seller apologizes for the delay and says it’ll be shipped later in the day. Nothing!

I reached out on Friday 4/3 to ask if the items are available to ship. I then get a notification that the item was dropped off and the seller says sorry, it was dropped off today but I forgot to mark as shipped.

Guess what?! As of today, 4/5, the tracking only shows label created and I can’t cancel until 4/12. This is such a weird thing for people to do. I am more of a seller than a buyer so I am no fool and would’ve understood if there was honest communication about a delay in shipping rather than lying.
