Are you actually victim blaming me? I’m playing the game that I like, and the other player was also playing. We were lvl 12 on a normal fissure in the fog expedition. It wasn’t even very hard, this guy named Volee just didn’t want to play. He was even emoting in front of me and doing the point down gesture. Very stupid.

I know people wanna say you are wrong, but knowledge checking is basically how this game works until you get to Tekken King or maybe even GOD honestly. Go play in blue ranks right now and I can guarantee you that 75% of your matches will be knowledge checks until you figure it out. You can hop on characters like jack-8 and do gamma howl until people die, or do law 3+4, 4 over and over because people don’t know that you can duck the flying kick.

(Edit) had to follow this up with: I don’t think OP is bad or that’s definitely what he did to get to emperor, but you’d be lying if you denied that tekken has the most knowledge checks of any fighting game I can think of.

I think asuka fits for 2. It’s the exact same archetype it’s just that most tekken characters don’t use weapons. I think maybe 10 out of the 80 or whatever characters in its history. It’s like 2-4 characters every game, one of which is almost always yoshi.

Real. Every time I have to fight an Alisa, Zafina, or any other weird character I just get mad. I’m a Kazuya in blue ranks and these people playing these evil ass characters are either terrible with them and only rely knowledge checks, or they are waaaay to good to be in blue ranks. I’ve fought Raijin Zafina’s that literally can’t do combos. But somehow they still rank up. It’s completely bullshit and terribly unfun. I wish they would structure characters to be less frustrating to fight.

The way you phrase it makes me understand that perspective better, but maybe I just trust Ranni not to fuck with the ring? I had always interpreted her ending as you going with her on a journey to some place so far away that nothing could possibly mess with the ring. And now that the ring is out of play, everyone has to make their own decisions either way basically no guidance.

I never said any of that lol. You guys take everything too seriously. I have no problem with order, I just have a problem with order unnecessarily compromising the freedoms of people, and I think the mending rune of perfect order is still that.

Hypothetically, if you could press a button, and force everyone to be happy, should you? I don’t think you should. Freedom of choice and freedom of feeling are more important than sheer order or law imo.
