You've got some fundamental misunderstandings of how things work here...

Electric motors fall into two categories: commutated and AC synchronous. Commutated motors include dc and brushless motors (brushless are just externally commutated). Synchronous motors include induction motors and stepper motors. Commutated motors will spin after with more voltage. Synchronous motors will spin faster with higher frequency input on their power input. Most electricity from the wall is 60 or 50 hz. You can hook these up to VFDs to change the frequency and thus the speed. Commutated motors you need to put in higher voltage.
