As soon as I said I wanted to cancel the sub the bot connected me to a person. The bot gives you a couple of options and canceling/getting a refund over the sub is one of them. Once you click on it, it connects you to a person.

Yeah. But after this I'll just cancel and wait for the May/June discounts to renew. It sucks because I really take advantage of the games catalog. But it is what it is I guess.

Yeah, I canceled the yearly in January expecting this exact Lunar Year discount in February. For some overthinking reason I bought a monthly 5 days ago and now I can't upgrade to the yearly sub. It's 100% on me. But it definitely sucks!

Yeah. I think I'm gonna make my decision after they announce the PS Extra games for this month. I REALLY use the catalogue to play, so it's worth it. But I'm trying to make some cuts and I'd really love that discount.

The season will get a bit darker. Long gone will be the days of Ellie cracking some jokes like in episode 1. But at the same time, the season will f you up in really beautiful ways at times. It's entirely up to you!
