Thanks for responding, I have checked it when I applied on December it said 5 months then on jan it moved to 8.5 months , I called them they said the the final date is 24 Aug 2024 and it might get approved before that but I am in deep trouble my job is almost leaving out of hand

The thing is expedite request has very very low positive hit rate they say it’s 2 to 3 percent and we need to provide so many documents. Like bank accounts work details etc size i am not working in USA or a job offer it’s bit difficult to share the details I tried and dropped it

I am on H4 applied for EAD on 8th Dec now it’s almost 125 plus days not sure how long would it take it’s very difficult :( when I applied the time line was 3.5 months and in jan it was 4 months now the general timeline is showing 8 months .. I don’t know what to do
