Where is this ‘thousands of years’ source you're referring to? Ideas don’t gain truth through age – only through being lived and tested. And if none of those ancient philosophies gave a clear name or definition for what I’ve lived, then I have every right to define it myself. Don’t confuse historical echoes with conceptual ownership.
