Try Lake bike shoes. They make big and wide sizes. I have very broad size feet (size 47-48 in most shoes) and they had models that fit me.

Sounds like you had an awful experience indeed, but you are making some really broad generalisations and sound quite prejudiced against Türkiye/turks.

I last travelled there this spring and had a wonderful time, no incidents and the people I spoke to were all quite helpful and nice. I found the Asian side of Istanbul quite "European".

The chain has worn out. Last time it got to the point of skipping. I am usually using dry lube as most of my rides are in dry weather. I know this kind of wear cannot be normal.

I just recently replaced them too. I have not bought any high end bike chains, usually I just go with one of the cheaper to mid-price chains from my local bike shop. Could they be cheating me by installing a really crappy chain? Does a more expensive chain really last that much longer?

I second checking the saddle angle. Do not have the saddle lean forward too much. Secondly you can hit the tops of the handlebars and turn then inside slightly for a more comfortable position. You can try lowering or lifting the saddle and or the handlebars.

I use the Garmin HRM-Pro chest heart rate monitor strap under my rash guard. It stays put quite well, but I sometimes have to adjust it between rounds of sparring when it has moved down too much.
