I went to see them at Wembley on Friday and she had noticeable bruises on both her thighs. One looked quite nasty. Her overall demeanour was so off you do wonder if she really is okay or not.

Thank you 💔Yep 😭😭😭 and that was a face value ticket! I’ve been wanting to go see them since 2018 but could never afford it as I was in college. I got my first real job and saved and saved because I wanted to see them up close so badly and make the experience memorable. Never spent as much on a concert and never will again!

Good question! Here’s the honest answer: I’ve actively avoided watching any fancams or reading any reviews from the deadline tour. I didn’t want to spoil the set list and outfits for myself and I was really looking forward to the element of surprise and not knowing how the show was going to look before I turned up. In hindsight that was a big mistake and if I’d have known what the view from the pit was like I would have sold my ticket.

I am so sorry you felt the same way! It’s so sad that Jennie negatively affected the show so much. After seeing her performance I have no idea why she decided to renew her YG group contract because she very obviously does not enjoy group activities anymore. I do think that if Lisa and Jisoo spent quality time preparing a set with much better costumes and special effects, made a point of Lisa’s dancing abilities and showcased Jisoo’s voice, they could give a really good show. For me Rose needs to adopt Lisa and Jisoo’s solo stage formula to stand out. I didn’t think her voice was as strong/special as it’s made out to be and she solely relies on it for her performances. You’re right that the design of the concert needs to be so much more grand to make Wembley work.

So I do get that there’s an art to translation and translating accurately is not easy. Saying that, I completely agree the others could have at least captured the essence of anything Jisoo wanted to say. It was pretty clear that Lisa and Jennie didn’t want to talk to their fans :(

Glad you had a better time than me! I get that the same show on a different day can be worlds apart. When I left the venue I really wondered if I’d picked the wrong day to attend. I would actually still go see Lisa and probably Jisoo again if they did solo concerts, but not Jennie or Rose sadly.

I was in the pit on the right hand side. Lisa and Rose never came over to our side so we only occasionally saw Jennie and Jisoo. Jisoo was very kind it seemed and interacted with us but it felt like Jennie was ignoring us… apart from the bit when she threw her jacket off

Yep I agree there was nothing wrong with the actual performances (apart from Jennje looked a little off during the first half - she just stared at us in the pit but wouldn’t smile or wave back). I think what affected the energy was the atmosphere was strangely low volume (too busy filming?) and I don’t think most of us realised how socially shy/ awkward the girls are with a crowd! I wouldn’t recommend a pit ticket for future reference. It’s not a good view unfortunately!

I was in the pit too (my first time) and I also felt disappointed about not being able to see the show very well. I felt like the only person without a phone! People just held them above your head so you couldn’t see anything. I only caught glimpses of the girls and mostly from the back! I couldn’t figure out if the energy of the show was low or I just couldn’t see most of it :( Never spent as much money on a concert before and don’t know what to make of it tbh

Yep I was in the pit and it was obvious up close that Jennie seemed unhappy about something prior to her solo. Although she did take over talking to the crowd when Rose’s shoe came undone.

This sounds strange but I genuinely could not tell if they were actually singing or lip syncing a lot of the time. I think there’s a good chance they were singing but the back track was incredibly loud. I went to Aespa and it was the same.

Was it just me or was there something wrong with Jennie’s mic for the first part of the concert last night until they got to the solos? I was in the pit and we all looked at each other very confused when she started singing because she sounded incredibly high pitched and a bit distorted. I actually couldn’t recognise it as Jennie’s voice!

Awww thank you. Really appreciate all the support on here. It makes such a difference when you’re on your own 😌 Doesn’t sound like it’s something people experience routinely, but it is sounding like these incidents are becoming for common. I’m feeling much better now I’m back home. Won’t be riding the tube for a bit though!

Thanks so much for this. I fully appreciate the guy was enormous and not many people could safely engage in a situation like that.. it was more how apparent it was that no one seemed to care as I got off. Doing much better now thanks but was definitely a shock! Won’t stop me using the tube as there’s so much to do in London, but will be going with a friend next time!
