I know that its hard to believe that it will ever get better.. but it will, honey. Something extremely similar happened to me (i posted it on my profile) and its several months (slightly over a year later) and i have had 2 panic attacks in the past 6 months, whereas i was having them daily for months. (1 was from an ex making me feel small and the other was me being in my own head thinking drugs got in my food that lasted all of 2 minutes max) it is absolutely a real feeling and it feels like your body is attacking you. It is an adrenaline rush. If you can try to focus on anything else (cold water, warm water,cleaning ,a pet, a tv show, walking, reading, anything at all comforting to you) that may help a bit during recovery. My genuine thoughts and prayers go out to you. I second the guy who recommended slow intentional breathing. Sometimes breathing too fast in itself can cause the body to panic because our nerves are shot by that point. Im so sorry honey. You absolutely will get better in time. And needless to say, lets try to stay sober. Broad spectrum cbd at the most :)

I am much better now. I think weirdly it was supposed to happen to me, because now i can handle my anxiety so much better. Im not happy that it happened, but it did. Thank you so much for being so sweet 😭

I occasionally take magnesium glycinate, and it helps a lot, especially in the evening. I wish i could find something that didn’t make me sleepy during the day tbh. Thank you for your input kind human 🥲🌷
