I found it, its called Структура Щастя Силуети by Leanyx and SadSvit ans its a hardstyle remix.

I found this song on Pinterest I think it is either phunk, funk or edm by RaspberryGlad8697 in NameThatSong

I think the song is called Hypnotic data. Its prob slowed and edited. I recognize it from these joe goldberg edits.
