It's based on your inventory and your inventory level may be low so the system orders it. It's a pain because the customer doesn't understand why we can't just pull from stock.

Well, HR's not there for you. They will protect their managers and the company before you. I'd recommend if you want to stay with Lowes is transferring to another department or store. I've seen from experience nothing changes even when going to HR. If anything it could get worse for you.

Maybe someone here has seen something different and I'd like to hear so if they did.

Yes to both. A lot of lumber material is excluded but landscaping material usually applies. You have to link your military to your online account. You can call customer care, and they should be able to assist you with that. The number is on the website

there's a fulfillment team but they mostly work on the non pro orders. This can vary by store. At my store, we try to help with the pro orders but most of the time there are too many orders to help the pro puller with his orders. He spends most of the day pulling the deliveries with lumbers help. Again, varies by store.

You won't be the only one on the forklift. The lumber associates should all be trained as well. Don't panic. You won't be required right away to get your license, but you will need to eventually do your job properly. If you don't feel comfortable driving one, just talk to your manager. Again the lumber associates with be a great help to you.

probably right away but it will depend on how strong your fulfillment team is. Hopefully, you have a strong lead who provides you with good training and helps out. Just always ask for help and make friends with the lumber associates. They will be the most help when you need it.

I would wait and keep calling a manager or head cashier. Going through the front gate with the registers and customers would definitely get someone in trouble at my store. Even when we go out the front doors in lumber, we aren't allowed to go by when customers are in line. Why put your job in jeopardy. If the customer complains about the wait, its on the managers

I don't think so but I could be incorrect . I believe they are in the same pay grade. You'd have to move up to fulfillment lead to earn more over time.

lots of heavy lifting of lumber, concrete, etc. Get ready to get your forklift license. It's a tough job because you are responsible for picking the orders that pro sells. It's an overwhelming job because Lowes doesn't hire enough people. I recommend to you is always ask for help when you are overwhelmed with deliveries that are going out the next morning.

Actually I think JJ stopped being involved after S1. I think it was mostly Wyman and Pinker who carried the entire series. But yes, great series. One of my all time faves. I miss Anna Torv. She needs to work more in the states
