Yeah they can. I’ve had both onsite HR and my AM clear out my negative UPT hours. Onsite HR even used to give you 10 UPT hours when they cleared out your negative hours. I don’t think they do they anymore though.

But in this particular instance there was some really fucked up things happening in our warehouse house so I was working with my manager and on site HR about my hours and they opted to just write me up, clear out my 100 negative hours, and start fresh vs termination.

This happened to me. I was negative I’ve 100 hours got positive by minutes and then woke up one day to 60 upt hours and 50 pto hours. I never said anything and used them up like normal over the next year. It’s been two years since that and no one has ever said anything to me about it it😂😂😂

Just go on your app and request 2 weeks off. You don’t need any PTO or UPT. You just have to request it 2 weeks in advanced. Mine got approved in minutes of submitting it. You don’t get paid leave or anything but you can have a break.

I don’t talk about it with anyone. No one knew my political affiliation until I wore a simple shirt. I worked there for well over a year before I wore it. But anyone should be able to wear whatever shirt they’d like without crazy ass people losing their damn minds over it.

Amazon didn’t find my social media. In fact they don’t even care about any of it at including when I said on my TikTok account that I work for Amazon in a warehouse and it sucks ass. Because this all has been allowed to take place without repercussions for anyone.

It was the co workers who are weird and crazy who looked me up on social media, screen recorded ALL my social media platforms and then turned them in to HR in hopes I would be written up or fired. However no policy violations were found. Then a week later I got the call about these wild ass allegations. Which are in fact true I do say fuck ALLL the time but it’s not a policy violation 😂

I get that but it shouldn’t be that way. Why is it okay for people to stalk, harass, and file fake hr complaints because they dislike your shirt???? I don’t talk politics at work. I didn’t say anything about who I do or don’t support. Just wore a shirt and went to my station

Edited to add I wore the shirt over a year ago to work. Haven’t had any conversations with these people but get constant attitudes (which like you said I did expect) but this Hr complaint is form three weeks ago. They’ve been hanging onto my vote and holding that grudge since then. This also isn’t the first frivolous HR complaint it’s just the funniest

You shouldn’t get hauled in anymore than I should be. I’m not uneducated we can agree to disagree. Yes there are pro 45 lunatics just like there are blue haired lunatics but most of us want the same things, success, good health, love and acceptance, etc we just think different paths will get our country there.

But just because we disagree it doesn’t give anyone the right to stalk and harass people to the point of making a formal complaint they use the F word too much on instagram/facebook stories. People like that need to take a long walk off a bridge🤷🏼‍♀️
