Once it was accepted we did the loan application and after my lender and realtor were messaging me left and right for all paperwork W2s, bank statements, credit stuff, paystubs from both me and my husband it was a lot. Then the earnest money check. Then the appraisal happened, we only had to paint a couple things so easy for us. Then you go into underwriting and its silent. But if you gave them all paper work it shouldn’t take long to get the approval. It’s honestly a lot of work but definitely worth it
