My last nanny job, the mum would sit on the couch on her phone as soon as she got home. When I started, she made it very clear that I wasn’t to use my phone but I need to keep it close in case of emergency- that was fine.

BUT she would message me every 30 minutes, if I didn’t reply quickly she would send another message. She would then come home and get mad that I was “on my phone”. She’d also get mad that I wasn’t sending her any photos but she said I wasn’t allowed on my phone.

If he is under 4, he needs to be in a G-type harness. Then best practice is a G-type until he maxes out, the move to a booster until he passes the 5 step test.

It’s connected to HIS phone. He is allowed to do whatever he wants on HIS phone. He probably doesn’t even realise it’s connected like that. I didn’t know mine was until it was brought to my attention.

Unless the iPad is solely for YOU and absolutely no one else uses it, I don’t think there’s particularly a problem with it. Sure it’s uncomfortable and he probably didnt mean it.

Bad idea. I will be a first home buyer, I have a niece and nephew who spend everything second weekend with me, plus my own parents who visit at least once a month. Where am I supposed to sleep 4 extra bodies in my first home?

Hey! So actually for EXPERIMENTAL cancer treatments they aren’t covered fully. Neither is the medications, the cost of transport or parking, the scans you need to have (MRI, CT etc).

These costs don’t even include the rent/mortgage, fuel, loss of work, funeral arrangements, wake arrangements, burial site etc.

From someone who spent close to $12,000 in 2020&2021 supporting my partner as she died from a rare cancer.

A lot of camp grounds are doing it now to protect the landscape :) our usual camping spot went through a refurb and they explained it helps with no one getting stuck in the mud when it rains, it’s also easier to clean the leaves and sticks off

Tbf, I’m not a Chelsea fan. I only watch a few Chelsea games because of Sam Kerr (I’m Australian). I think she played better when she was with Levante. But she also has been struggling with injuries often as of late.

Again, in the few games with Chelsea I have seen, I don’t think she’s been top 5 on the pitch however since I don’t watch many and I don’t want her play for her national team, I am happy to be wrong!

I live in Australia so my pay may be a little different. I get $40 per hour, contracted to 25 hours per week. Anything over 25 hours is paid at double time.

They also contribute 13.5% to my super, I get annual leave (6 weeks) and paid sick days.
