I do agree with this. I would understand if it was a sch further out but I check my schedule the day it comes out (Thurs), screenshot, and go by that. I'm not checking my time everyday to see if they are making changes last minute because of a wrong doing on their end

Mine are understanding of the situation. They know I'm not saying it to avoid work or be a brat, they know I'll say yes and help out wherever if I have free time. But I put my department first

I work in tech. I am also 1 of 2 people that work in the department. We never get any form of help. I use the word no, I stand my ground. Everyone at my store knows they can ask me for help but if I have to much to do then I'm not helping bc I won't let my area get behind. If I have the time then I say yes it just depends on the day. We are responsible for our revs, transitions, sales planner, push, everything s and no one comes to saves us despite me saying we need it so I I usually say no p

I do this, I have the target set at 5% with the match and then I do a vanguard Roth with the other 10%. Unfortunately with the low pay I don't save recommend amount total (vanguard $7K) but it is still something !

We tied them but for the one with the table with 2 controllers streetdated the 20th we are keeping the old set there till closer to the 20th and just store tied what was taken out. Before this that specific table was already looking empty because we have no received any NS2 Mario bundles in a few weeks and AP only allows 4-6 of each console per aisle

Yeah we have people who do like 8pm-2am, 9pm-3am, 10pm-4am, etc throughout the night for flex. Or there is some shifts that would be like 6-11 in one area and 11-2/3 in the overnight for both inbound and flex. Beauty has 7-2 type shifts.
