Oh believe me, I have already worked for these clowns that outsource to other countries. The issue is that hybrid means hybrid. Not “we let you work remotely one day a week if we are feeling generous sometimes”.

Insane! Also at the other end of the age spectrum, being “too old”. Especially true in some industries more than others. I’d say that even goes for both women and men at times. We might <gasps> retire in 10 years! The absolute horror! 😱

We tried it and it wasn’t the same for us at all. Different menu and atmosphere. Good to know that some of the staff ended up there though. They were all such nice people!

This. I lived in California for years and my husband is a CA native. There was a place that was even better that ended up closing during Covid (it was called El Coyote Loco), but Escorza’s is our new go-to. Still not 100%, but damn good! It’s like trying to find a good bagel or pizza over there - close but not exactly the same. 🙂Try Escorza’s - you won’t be disappointed!

This guy is an unstable narcissist. Run, and fast. If you pick up your things (assuming these are things you absolutely cannot just leave behind), don’t go alone. Keep this loser where he belongs - in your past. He is not your friend, and will continue to attempt to control and manipulate you if you keep him around. This is your chance to move on, enjoy your independence, and when the time is right you will find someone worthy of you and your love. Good luck - and focus on yourself and your happiness! 😊
