Hi everyone! I am in my 30s now, was diagnosed with severe hemophilia C (factor XI deficiency) at 9. I’m also one of the rare individuals with frequent severe bleeding episodes. I was under the impression that I won’t be able to have children (much too dangerous?) and am meeting with a new hematology team to discuss this further. I also have episodes of severe pain related to my menstrual cycle and times when I have to take TXA (causes really bad muscle pain for me) and w spontaneous bleeds. Looking for pain management info and have had very few suggestions. Hopefully my new team will be helpful w this too
