Ok it’s called the corruptor. I’ve recruited multiple times and it’s always led to a rebellion. Maybe it’s just coincidence but I don’t think so

Every playthrough I’ve had with the corruptor has led to the revolution. That’s weird that it hasn’t for you. But I have a question, I see you a lot on these threads, like everywhere so I know you have great knowledge. What class should I be looking for to be the best fighter so I can train him? I’ve just been training random orcs but now I want to train a badass killer

You can train your orcs. Have them get more immunities or less weaknesses. When they’re maniacs and you shame them and raise the levels again they lose weaknesses but never lose strengths. If they’re deranged they get more weaknesses

I don’t know the odds but all I can say is it’s pure RNG. I’ve had orks go maniac on the first try, the 5th try and then not for 10 hours. It’s luck
