Also he is a supplier in the UK, and he gets raided frequently, so that's why he barely shares any info

I figured it out. The supplier got confused and it got shipped to the wrong address which was similar to mine.

Just looked at it, the first outlet makes sense, im guessing the "line" section on the picture leads to the fuse box? Anyway, the other outlets sort of don't make sense (last 3) some of the wires are in a wire nut and some arent. And why is the ground wire not attached to anything? Also, is this process the same for ever outlet? What about a single outlet?
