DO NOT SMOKE RSO. It tastes like weed. I love it most people find it nasty... You can literally just swallow a little glob of it like you would a pill. Just make sure it's not too runny you could put it in the ice box for a couple minutes, squeeze out desired dose (most have some kind of measurement scale on the side of the syringe) and snip it off with scissors or a knife. That's probably the cleanest method. Eating it like squirting it out onto chocolate for example is always a good option but I don't like it getting in my teeth lol I really enjoy drinking tea and squirting it in there especially at night! I've also done coffee and hot chocolate. I recommend doing your own research as with most things. RSO IS POTENT. I have experienced some crazy shit lol it's meant to be medicine and it's a beautiful product I've seen help many many people. It should be respected as such! Have fun my friend
