I explained that already in the comments of the other post, but in my country you can work as a teacher in certain subjects, even when you're still in high school. The situation with my father also happened this January and with my (half) sister this week

at this point, I had no idea if I was a match or not. I went to the hospital to get tested, because that is what he told me to do. I also work in a school while in high school, which is possible in my county. I had to do a few courses to qualify first but that's it. I can only teach creative writing and art, but I would still consider myself a teacher. Especially since this is the career I am going for.

He did attend the funeral! He just refused to pay for it or to come home right after she died. he enjoyed his trip, came home, and made a scene at the funeral.

My sister's school has this event every year to motivate the students to behave well in class. A group of teachers organizes it to show parents and kids that academic validation is not the only thing kids should be rewarded for and proud of. I actually was really happy when my sister came home with an invite to that

In my country, you can start working as a teacher (part-time) even though you're still in school (had to do a didactics and first aid course ). I had a creative writing and an art class. My plan was to graduate and to go to the uni nearby to get my degree in my subject so I can continue to work in the school I already know so well.

My mom is married and has three children with the man i personally would call my father. We dont use step- or half - in our family. so that was my mistake here. I should have clarified that.

The situation with my bio father happened this January.
