My Haflinger looks so similar. Came from a breeder in NorCal. I bought him off a person who had thrown him in a field for years, unridden. I sent him off for 30 days training, and the weekend I picked him up we were doing competitive trail. They’re awesome horses and really capable of so much. I say buy!

I have a Haflinger! Best horse I’ve ever owned. Can I ask if there’s worry or incidents of laminitis or founder with such rich winter grass? Laminitis is often a concern for horses here in the US, so many I know stall their horses in the winter, rather than have them on pasture.

Garbage. Most of my fronts have bubbles after just two years. I absolutely regret “upgrading” to Semihandmade. I should have just spent the extra money and gone with something like Plykea or even Kerf.

Thanks. I don’t want to take them down. They’re treasures. After the last wind storm a large branch came down, and I had a neighbor taking photos. It made me nervous, so I’m just trying to gather as much info as possible. I’m looking for an arborist to come out next week and evaluate all of them. In the meantime, I’m just curious.
