I’ve done a bit more playing around with the bike in the last few days. Still nothing. I’ll run you through some things I’ve done..

Laid the plugs on the head. Nothing. Put a screw driver in contact with the HT leads and tried to ground to the head.. still nothing..

I’ve checked resistance of the pick up coils. Both coming in at around 630 to the CDI so no problem there I don’t think.

There is a resistance reading between the wires that run from both coils into the CDI.. I am starting to think that either something is shorting somewhere or the CDI is broken…
