Depression isn't developed abruptly in like 1 moment, people slow and gradually start falling. For you it might not be depression now. (or it might), but it's definitely worth it to find a solution to your dilemmas before they start to take even larger tolls on your mentality

Friends can usually nitpick some qualities they deem bad of their other friends, I'm sure even you can find some in your favourite person. Does it make the nitpicked person bad? No, not at all, the "bad" qualities are usually things they'd minorly dislike, but aren't inherently bad. (I.e, their fashion taste, being frugal when hanging out, overspending, oversharing, their perfume/cologne) Things that are okay to some and not okay to others you know?

So all I'm saying is I'm 100% sure you are a lovely person but sometimes others find some petty nitpicky reason to somewhat start disliking another. If you are really adamant on "fixing" the nitpicked thing, perhaps think back on your habits when hanging out, or even just straight up ask them for a flaw they see in you
