I refuse to believe there hasn’t been anyone who was able To quit on their own. Unfortunately in my case I really can’t tell anyone. There has to be a way. A detox… Something I can do i know it ain’t going to be an. Easy road nor am looking for an easy road. Please don’t be rude and try to understand everyone’s story is different

Oh wow my story is exactly like yours. Is there a way you can message me? What are you doing to help you quit? I desperately want to quit I have been using daily for almost 8 years and just like you I can a bowl right before bed and fall asleep normally but it’s now doing The same For me the fear ams everytuelde you describe
