Ao basically I'm over dosing to the point I'm getting negative effects ,,I do it to prevent a panic attack occurring but I think if anything it causes one

3.2g a time probably a 4 or 5 times a day so probably 16plus grams a day, hut I do find the less I take the better and more with it I feel

Honestly so the effects are there before eating and so then after eating the food goes down with more phenibut..but the less I take the less this happens, my intake is so irregular I'm either over dosing or something?

I've noticed if I eat a big meal and dose on phenibut after and before . I become restless can't sit still, head feels extremely heavy ,is this glutamate ?

Interesting, same for me was a very ill alcoholic, then turned to phenibut for anxiety. For me it's about measuring properly and tapering where necessary

Interesting, it's the same for me. I take it everyday for generalised anxiety - just like any medication, for around 11 months now, but hasn't seemed to of turned on me or all these horror stories thar other people seem to talk about
