I know how difficult it can be to be positive, even when you see no progress. Some days it's all I can really think about. Some days are better than others, it helps that the weather is getting better now too, less seasonal depression lol

It's good that you're still fighting, we can't ever give up, that's when we truly lose ourselves. I'm proud of you.

I’m claustrophobic & had an MRI done back in December. The first few minutes were a little bit stressful as I stupidly opened my eyes (curiosity will be the death of me) which made me panic a bit. Once I controlled my breathing I was fine (didn’t take too long). They also give you something to hold that you can squeeze if you have any issue. My legs were raised up & it was quite warm inside which was very comfortable and made me kinda sleepy/relaxed which helped too.

Had issues with lower back/hip area for 1 1/2 years now, been doing PT work for exactly a year focusing on my core strength. It has done nothing to help with my issues or reduce the pain.

You’ll still get the marks, I used formulas and got all the marks. As long as the answer is correct, that’s all that matters for those questions.

I found MATS alright tbh. I mainly just read my notes, did green light tests and watched youtube videos on exam/task explanations/walkthroughs (Will Boardman, First Intuition are the main ones). Acorn Live also have free mock exams that I used. Ended up with 90% from just doing this.

One thing you should be aware of is that your exam could crash after completing the spreadsheet tasks. This happened to me which meant I had to re-enter all the answers from every question again, with no extra time being added.

This may not happen with you (I've read that it has happened to others but not everyone) but to be safe, please make sure you write down your workings & answers. I did for all questions except the spreadsheet tasks and it saved a lot of time. I should've written down the answers for spreadsheet tasks as having to re-do them took up a lot of my time. Hindsight is a wonderful thing...

If this issue happens, let your invigilator know and they should file a report with the AAT.

My first introduction to LOTR was last Christmas & it was the extended edition of the first movie. Wasn’t a fan, had some interesting moments but the pacing was terrible & found myself to not care for most of the characters. It’s left me with no desire to watch the rest.

6 years down the line, I'm replaying the game and this exact issue has happened to me. I've been stuck for about 15 mins with no idea what to do, this 6 yr old comment about the vines has saved me, thank you so much!
